Validated by over 100 laboratory tests, the Supertrack 1200 outfit (jacket + trousers) stands out as a benchmark in resistance, designed by and for hunters who refuse to back down in the face of brambles and thorns.

THE BEGINNINGS OF THE PROJECT

In late 2023, our teams launched the first designs for the trousers and jacket. From January to March 2024, we developed the initial prototype of the outfit, validated the ideal component in the laboratory, and began internal field and fitting tests. The end of this quarter also marked our first meeting with LES RÉPARABLES, a team of professionals specialising in textile repair with workshops based in France.

FIRST LONG-TERM TRIALS

From May to July 2024, initial component tests on trouser leg panels were completed, and the second prototyping phase began, taking into account feedback from 170 co-creators. In October 2024, long-term testing started with 8 expert beaters: hunters carrying out at least two big game beating outings per week. Tests were conducted across France and Belgium to vary biotopes and weather conditions: in Gironde at Saint-Médard-d’Eyrans and Belin Beliet, in Loire-Atlantique at Savenay, in the Vosges at Bru and Neuveville-devant-Lépanges, in Marne at Sainte-Menehould, and in Wallonia at Anhée.

TIME FOR ADJUSTMENTS


In total, testers covered over 834 kilometres, with 85% of use in wet conditions. Following these initial weeks of testing, our engineers targeted key areas for improvement on the trousers: a fabric considered too thick, three wear points (crotch, buttons, fabric component), and a waterproofing issue for half of the testers. This valuable feedback enabled our pattern makers and textile engineers to design fixes, which were presented to and validated by some of these testers during a debriefing day.

FIELD VALIDATION


In 2025, the second phase of field trials alongside laboratory tests pushed the outfit to its limits. The result: fabric durability and freedom of movement earned unanimous approval. The design and protection against vegetation — particularly through the "protective shell" fabric reinforcements on the sleeves, jacket hem and trouser hems — were especially praised by testers.

KEY FIGURES OF CERTIFIED RELIABILITY

Ultimately, the Supertrack 1200 outfit (jacket + trousers) represents 6 different designs and 13 prototypes (6 for the jacket, 7 for the trousers + 8 trouser crotch prototypes). It also accounts for 2,338 hours of overall field testing over two seasons (S1: trousers only / S2: trousers + jacket). A true mark of reliability, designed by and for hunters who tackle the most aggressive vegetation.
